• The commissioners only cater video edits and uses capcut pro as their means for editing.
• For communication, both X app & Telegram app can be utilized.Terms for Inquiry & Confirmation
• The commissioners have the right to decline clients when inquiry is of inconvenience — e.g. no slot available, the service wanted is out of their capacity, etc,.
• If unforeseen circumstances occur, the commissioners can cancel the service and should give back the downpayment given by the client.
• For events, the client should give the commissioners an allotment of 3 weeks and up before the deadline or it will be considered as rushed.
• For pinned videos & other short videos that are out of the package deals, the client should give the commissioners an allotment of 2-3 weeks before the deadline or it will be considered as rushed.Client Responsibility
• (Optional) For clients who have precise vision of the service, the responsibility of providing all necessary materials (clips, audios, reference, etc.) should be complied within 3 days of confirmation.
• If the material given is inspired by other roleplayers and is in need of permission, the client is responsible for its consent.
• Delays in submission of details or materials may affect the editing timeline.
• Clients are expected to communicate promptly through the process to avoid delays or misunderstandings.Privacy Act
• The commissioners should keep ooc information of their client/s confidential.
• The client/s should keep ooc information of their commissioners confidential.
• Both the client and the commissioners should delete all traces of ooc information after the transaction.Payment & Settlements
• The commissioners will require a 50% downpayment before accepting and starting the service. Proof of payment should also be sent privately. No downpayment, no service.
• The commissioners mode of payment is GCash only.
• Rushed services have additional fees.
• The commissioners only allow two (2) free revisions.
• If the service is cancelled after days of confirmation, 30% of the total payment should be paid.
